Our team was tasked with developing a playing card recognition
module aimed at enhancing real-time analysis and monitoring
capabilities in casino environments.
To tackle this challenge, we created a synthetic dataset tailored
for deep learning models, enabling our system to recognize a diverse
range of playing card designs. We employed the YOLOv4 object
detection framework for its real-time efficiency and accuracy.
Additionally, our system was equipped with the capability to process
live video streams, ensuring accurate identification and
classification of playing cards during live casino games.
This integration of advanced technology facilitated a significant
improvement in the monitoring and analysis of casino games.
Detection of cars on overhead images
This project was focused on analyzing car density in urban areas to
enhance urban planning and smart city projects. We employed the
YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection system to identify and
count cars within a range of urban images accurately. Additionally,
we processed map tiles using the Google API to acquire precise
geographical data of the target region, ensuring the accuracy of our
car density calculations. To present our findings effectively, we
utilized Leaflet.js for map visualization, enabling the display of
car density information on interactive maps for easy access and
comprehension. This project was focused on analyzing car density in
