Multilingual B2C eCommerce Platform for Children's Goods
In the world of e-commerce, specialized marketplaces are increasingly in demand. Recognizing a unique opportunity in this landscape, the client approached Requestum with a visionary project: to create Georgia's first marketplace exclusively for children's goods. This platform is envisioned as a multilingual, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce platform, accommodating three key user roles: Buyers, Sellers, and Superadmins.

At the beginning of our collaboration, we identified the major challenges that needed to be solved:
Integrate & Manage
Make the platform efficiently integrate and manage new languages using an admin panel, ensuring translation accuracy and contextual relevance;
Sellers Management Cabinet
Refine the Sellers Management Cabinet to enable comprehensive online store management through a user-friendly web interface, covering all aspects from product listings to payments and promotions.
Solution
We suggested using Drupal CMS, renowned for its robustness and flexibility in managing eCommerce platforms. Also, we created custom designs for the platform from scratch, ensuring a tailored fit. The development team then used these designs to recreate each screen, meticulously covering all user journeys for optimal functionality.

As a result, we successfully built a multilingual eCommerce marketplace that boasts a fully functional Admin panel and Sellers Cabinet. These components empower efficient management of the stores present on the platform, providing a comprehensive solution for administrators, buyers, and sellers.
